By accessing or using EmailAIvisor, you agree to these terms and our Privacy & data page. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What EmailAIvisor provides

EmailAIvisor is designed to help you examine an open Gmail message in several ways:

• Quick Review checks visible sender and link details on your device.
• A full AI-assisted check looks for signs of phishing, scams, and spam when you request it.
• An optional survey can provide additional context about what is normal for you.
• Your dashboard can show aggregate totals for your completed checks.

Features may change as the service is developed, tested, and prepared for wider availability.

EmailAIvisor is provided to you free of charge. No purchase or payment is required to use any feature described above, and we may introduce, change, limit, or remove features at any time without owing you compensation.

3. Results are guidance, not a guarantee

EmailAIvisor uses automated rules and AI-assisted analysis. Results may be incomplete, incorrect, or unavailable. A message marked as having no red flags may still be harmful, and a legitimate message may be flagged. EmailAIvisor is not a substitute for your judgment or for professional security, legal, financial, or other advice.

Always verify sensitive requests through a separate contact method you already trust. Do not rely on EmailAIvisor alone before sharing credentials, sending money, opening an attachment, or taking another high-risk action.

4. Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You agree to:

• Use EmailAIvisor only with messages and accounts you are authorized to access.
• Keep your Google account and devices reasonably secure.
• Follow applicable laws and the terms of Gmail, Chrome, and other services you use.
• Review results carefully before deciding what to do with a message.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use EmailAIvisor to:

• Break the law, harm another person, or violate another person's rights.
• Access, submit, or analyze information you are not authorized to use.
• Probe or interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or introduce malicious code.
• Overload the service or use automated methods that disrupt normal operation.
• Misrepresent an EmailAIvisor result as proof that a message is safe or dangerous.

6. Your content and data

You keep any rights you have in the information you submit. You give EmailAIvisor permission to process the open message details and optional survey answers only as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the service. Our Privacy & data page explains what is sent, what is stored, and how you can delete your account data.

7. Third-party services

EmailAIvisor depends on third-party services, including Google services and TypeSafe's Jev model. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability, and a change or outage affecting them may limit EmailAIvisor.

8. Ownership and permission to use the service

EmailAIvisor's software, design, branding, and site content belong to the service operator or its licensors. While you follow these terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use the service for its intended purpose. These terms do not transfer ownership of EmailAIvisor or its technology to you.

9. Availability and account suspension

We may change, pause, or discontinue part or all of EmailAIvisor at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability to you. We may also limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, a security risk, a legal requirement, or a violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and can delete your account from the dashboard.

10. Disclaimers

EmailAIvisor is a free service provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the service will always be accurate, secure, available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we make no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the EmailAIvisor operator and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for lost data, profits, revenue, or opportunities arising from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such losses. Because EmailAIvisor is provided free of charge, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the service will not exceed USD $0. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited remains unaffected.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as EmailAIvisor changes. The date at the top will show when the terms were last revised. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice through the service before the updated terms take effect. Continuing to use EmailAIvisor after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
